The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the overall order processing and order management functions at UNICOM. This position works closely with Sales, Finance, Production, and Shipping to ensure the highest level of service to our customers focusing on on-time delivery without sacrificing quality. The Customer Service Representative is responsible to advocate on behalf of our customers when problems arise to ensure that premier service is delivered at all times while balancing the financial and operational goals of UNICOM. This will mean juggling multiple issues simultaneously to ensure we meet or exceed the expected services levels of the customer. This requires commitment to owning, managing and leveraging the customer as well as internal relationships.

Services Project Coordinator - Plano, TX
Reports to: Director of Technical Support

The Services Project Coordinator is responsible for working with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, QA, and the Technical Support teams to ensure the highest level of service to our customers. They will coordinate internal and external Services projects and contract performance. The purpose of the Services Project Coordinator is to coordinate the activities of Services projects and documentation under the guidance of the Director of Technical Support or Services Operations Specialist. They will assist in coordinating various tasks dealing with implementation of project deliverables and resolution of issues. The Services Project Coordinator is responsible to advocate on behalf of his/her assigned projects to ensure that premier service is delivered at all times while balancing the financial and operational goals of UNICOM Engineering. This will mean juggling multiple projects with various needs simultaneously to ensure we meet or exceed the expected services levels of the customer.
