This role is responsible for variety of tasks relating to employment, on boarding, benefits, payroll and performance management.
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for assigned client accounts and responsible for developing and servicing client relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating customer forecasts, selling post-installation customer support and services, and identifying and communicating new product and service opportunities based on analysis of clients' business needs. Usually prospects, qualifies and may close additional product and/or service opportunities. Additionally, the Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for coordinating multiple customer related projects including but not limited to BOM creation and maintenance, project scope and definition, and liaise with customers as appropriate on all day to day business and technical issues.
Verifies or directs others in verifying the correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records, checks for shortages and rejected damaged goods. Assists in the cycle count program with timely material flow and containment insuring all receiving data entry is complete.
