UNICOM Engineering recently held our 2022 Sales Kickoff from February 28th through March 3rd. We welcomed our team of customer-facing representatives from Business Development, Account Executives, Program Managers, Marketing, and Field Application Engineers to our annual event in Plano, TX. The four-day event marks the first in-person team training event in over two years, and we were thrilled to see everyone gathered in one spot. See highlights of the event here.
As we continually look to improve, we rallied around the idea of aligning, collaborating, and learning as one team with one goal of ultimately building more robust relationships with every customer and business that we touch. Our theme, One Team, One Goal, played off our togetherness with our partners to lead the charge into 2022.
Our leadership shared their vision for 2022, focusing on increasing customer satisfaction, enabling additional services, and further supporting scale through lean & digital transformation while continuing our unrelenting focus on quality at the foundation of everything we do. The importance that the company places on linking what our customer-facing teams do every day to the company's mission and values that truly speaks to this.
Our strategic partners joined us, so the team could learn about upcoming product transitions, markets, and strategies to engage more with each client. Our discussions enable us to provide the best forward-thinking technology discussions with our clients to create next-generation solutions. Intel revealed exciting new technology roadmaps and presented a deeper dive into the features and benefits to expect in next-generation products launching later this year. Dell Technologies imparted insight into markets served and how we can work together to help our customers stay relevant and competitive in light of the pandemic and global supply chain challenges. The technical team will continue their learnings with a deep dive into servers, storage, and edge solutions to prepare for success in the coming year.
The excitement and energy did not slow down in the evening hours. The team continued to build relationships one-on-one while out at our nightly events. Local eateries and friendly competitions with our valued partners rounded out an informative and eventful week. Our team left the 2022 UNICOM Engineering Sales Kickoff motivated for a fantastic year. We all left with a clear purpose to spend this year, knowing that we are one team with one goal.
