This latest addition expands UNICOM Engineering in-region service capabilities to include both 4-hour or next-day onsite responses for various levels of support and repair requests.
With over 15 years of experience serving OEM customers in India, UNICOM Engineering’s expansion of support services enables end-users to benefit through faster response times, bringing their systems back online without being cost-prohibitive. Certified engineers and techs are available in-country to provide onsite service for break-fix scenarios in a timely manner. The latest offering also minimizes the inventory that must be stocked in-territory to offer high levels of onsite service.
The combination of onsite support and Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs), which allow for parts or full systems swaps to be immediately on-hand, enables UNICOM Engineering to provide a best-of-breed support model within India. The services are also backed by the company’s Technical Assistance Centers based in the Philippines, Ireland, and the United States. Between each location, UNICOM Engineering’s global support services follow the sun to take Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and technical calls in any time zone.
